Which character would you take as your Husband?
Probably North from Alexandra Bracken's Brightly Woven. He's strong, persistent, loyal, and caring, and I'd love a guy who could make me laugh with his quirkiness as well!
Which 5 book characters would you take as Lovers?
Oh, dear. Only 5? You mean I can't just have my own little imaginary harem of book characters? Well...since you're making me pick...(in no particular order) Adrian from the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead, Jace from the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, Puck from The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa, and Adam or Stefan from the Mercedes Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. What can I say? Briggs sure can write those male characters!
Exact thoughts when you are waiting for a upcomming book release you are dying to read?
It used to be torture for me to have to wait for a book that I really wanted to read, but things have changed a bit since I became a book blogger. Now, while I definitely still get excited about books that are yet to be released, I have SO many books on my shelves that I want to read that I tend to pass the time by reading those instead of pining over a book that I can't have yet.
What book series are you currently obsessing over?
I would probably say Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. I have yet to read the final book in the series, Last Sacrifice, and I've heard a lot of mixed things about it. I've bought the book and it's waiting on my shelf, but with work, college, and review books, I haven't had the time to get around to it yet!
If you could trade places with one book character, who would it be and why?
This is going to sound cliche, but Hermione Granger in Harry Potter. I mean, seriously. Who WOULDN'T want to live in those books?
Random Short Answer
Vampire or Shifter? Shifters. Vampires are interesting and everything, but they've been a bit overdone lately. Plus, blood tends to gross me out.
Book or Ereader? Book. Though I have an e-reader (a Nook), I will never stop buying hard copies!
Angel or Demon? I'd have to go with demons on this one, as far as literature goes. I've yet to read an angel book that didn't disappoint me, and there are some pretty intriguing demons out there!
Paperback or Hardback? Depends on the cover and my mood. Either way, I am compulsively obsessed with choosing one or the other when it comes to series. I want them all to match and be the same size! Having mismatched series drives me crazy!
Favorite Vampire? Stefan from Patricia Briggs' Mercedes Thompson series.
Favorite Shifter? Mercedes Thompson from Patricia Briggs Mercedes Thompson series.
YA novel or Adult novel? Again, it depends on my mood. I really read a lot of both categories. If I had to pick, I'd say I probably read more YA adult, though.

Thank you so much Natalie for joining me for Blogger Secrets this week. =D
What a great post. I love the questions and Natalie did a great job answering them.
ReplyDeleteLove the post and your blog looks awesome. I'm here from the CEP and decided to follow! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat answers, Natalie! I love North, Adam, & Stefan. You chose some top-notch book boys :)
ReplyDeleteAdam and Stefan are hot! I want me more and more and more of Adam. I can't wait for River Marked =D
ReplyDeleteI love all your random short answers! Though I am torn between my ereader and physical books. Also, did I miss something? I've only read up to book 2 (so obviously I did, haha) but what book focuses more on Stephan?
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, shifters all the way! I blame Nalini Singh for that!
Umm...I feel like it has been so long since I read Mercy Thompson...I think Book 2 and 4 focuses on Stefan the most. That would be Blood Bound and Bone Crossed. We didn't get any Stefan in Silver Borne. I hope we get more in the next book =D
ReplyDeleteThis is such a cute post!
ReplyDeleteThanks for featuring me! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat questions and answers. I'd pick Hermione too.
ReplyDeleteEvery girl in her right mind would want to be Hermione Granger! Fun interview, ladies! :)
ReplyDeleteLove ya, Natalie! That V for Vendetta poster kille dme when I saw it. Remember, remember the 5th of November...
ReplyDeleteLove some of your book boyfriend picks! And yea, why can't we have a harem? No fair. ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun feature! I don't know why, but Puck as a lover makes me laugh. I don't know why I think of him as a kid. I know, not fair, but I'm so in love with Ash.
ReplyDeleteLove the other choices. And I totally used to feel the same about waiting for the next book in a series to come out. It was unbearable until I realized I have a lot to read to occupy the waiting time.
Thanks for sharing Natalie. Love getting to know you better.
