Follow Me Friday and Book Blogger Hop (18)

I am Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee. Head over there and join in on the fun, and meet some new blogger friends.

How did you come up with your blog name?
Okaiexz...this is really stupid, when I first decided to do a blog of course I need a name. I was stumped beyond all reason. WHAT THE HELL DO I CALL MY BLOG!!!??? I looked through a few hoping to come up wit something, no such luck. I began looking at adjectives or whatever and came up with "mystifying" and since I love PNR/UF books I thought how about "Mystifying Paranormal Reviews"? So I just left it that, but I really didn't think it through that much. I kinda want to change it b/c I think it is way too long, seriously. But they was really not that much thought involved. I wished to call in something shorter. Thinking of names is really hard I have no idea how people do this for there children LOL

I'm also taking part in the Book Blogger Hop hosted by Crazy For Books so head over to join in on the fun.

Do you read only one book at a time, or do you have several going at once?
Okaiexz...so I do! YES I READ MORE THAN ONE BOOK AT A TIME!!! I can't help myself. I am freckin' excited about like 50 different books on my TBR shelf that I end up starting a bunch at the same time. Sometimes a book I am reading is going to slow that I just need to put it down and start something else, maybe I'll come back to it. hopefully. I read on the bus, it's my favorite reading spot where I read the most comfortable-est at (I know, I'm weird) so I will read a book on the bus and start another and read it at home. and Ta-da I end up getting 2 books done for the week.

  1. I definitely agree about naming children! My husband and I have been planning to expand our family for a few months now and we still have no idea for names! I think I'll have to be pregnant AND know what gender before I can even consider something lol! Anyway, I'm an old follower and if you have time you should stop by my hop too!

  4. I think your blog name is great! It's the mystifying part that really makes it memorable, which is really what you want in a name. So don't change it!
I'm not a fan of reading more then one book at a time unless I'm just not in the mood for a book I'm reading, or if I'm reading something heavy (like a classic).

  6. Not everyone can multi-task and nobody should. When it comes to book sure, I can't read four books simultaneously (or even two, for that matter!) but there are times I'll juggle as many as four books at a time depending on the subject matter, the urgency or more often both.

The real trick to this is what KINDS of books to juggle. Hop on over to my blog and learn the method behind my madness - http://www.howardshermannet

  7. Hopping through. Reading time is the best thing about the bus. When I was in college, I always read fun books on the bus b/c I couldn't concentrate on schoolwork. It was a reward.

  9. Hahaha I know right? What if you end up naming your child something really terrible and you can't take it back? Lol. Worst gift ever, much?
