Q: What would your prefer: reading your favorite book over and over again until you got sick of it OR reading 100s of mediocre books? And why?
I would read my favorite books any day of the week! I will never get sick of them. I couldn't really read 100's of mediocre books. I think I would go insane. I rather spend my time with my favorite alpha males saying some of their best romantic lines. And reading my favorite scenes over and over! I'll never sick of it! Believe me!
I'd read my favorite book over and over and over!

Same here! I love to reread, I'd reread almost every novel I own, but I didn't even start on the ones I haven't read yet. I just couldn't find the will to read new books sometimes, especially when I'm in a foul mood.

Ditto! Rather read my fave over and over again. I don't think I could handle 100 books of blah...the variety of them wouldn't mask the blah-ness.

Old Follower here!! I would have to agree with you...on occasion I still re read my favorite books...so I would much prefer that to reading a 100 mediocre books because if I did that I think I would come to hate reading eventually...Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteMe neither! I love rereading my favorites :)
ReplyDeleteI would stick with favorites as well, because mediocrity is such a boring waste of time! :) New follower, check me out at:

I can't help but want to see the stack of mediocre books. I'd be determined to find that one good book to add to my favorites.

haha I agree with the alpha males, but I'm more with Cherie there. Out of 100 books, there has to be one that's great right?

Oh, color me jealous. I love to reread my favorite books and I do so every few weeks or so, but.. the more I read a book the easier it becomes for me to find flaws and start to dislike it. ;(
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend!
(Maybe check out my FF if you find the time?)
