Q: Do you read one book at a time or do you switch back and forth between two or more?


Sometimes I switch off and read two at a time, depends if the other book I'm reading  is boring or not picking up for me. Sometimes I can't decide what book to read so I end up reading two at a time.

But it usually depends on my mood.  And sometimes I switch back and forth between the books I'm reading, so I'm usually like all over the place with my reading!

    I totally understand putting a book aside because I'm bored and picking something else up. I've been known to do that occasionally =) However, I can't read more than one book at a time normally- just too much for my poor brain to keep track of.

    I just recently was able to read more then 1 book at a time. I don't do it often I am usual a 1 book at a time gal, but it can be done.

    I seldomly read more than one book at a time, but if books don't hold my attention, I swap, too, and put the other one on hold for a time. :)

    Hi there :) just hopping through...

    If I'm bored I always need to take a break and come back to that book, otherwise I find it takes me even longer to finish.

    I find that if a book is boring and I go and read a better one, the bored one will get neglected so I don't do it just in case I never get round to reading the boring book again!

    Seeing a lot of that as well, reading more depending on the mood and all. That sounds good, but I don't think I could handle it myself! I prefer one book at a time and I generally love almost everything I read, it's usually why I bought the book in the first place, even if it's totally new to me, the review I read prior were enough to convince me to try it out!
