What do you think?
To be completely honest I don't really like it and I know a lot of you do, but I don't. I mean there just seems like something is really off about the cover. I like the colors and everything else, but there is something about the way the model, the position and the way her face looks. I like the first cover way better.
Going to say the girls face looks a little unnatural..and she's at an odd angle but that could be her clothing movement...maybe it's the computer that makes her face look so dark and shady. I like the cover to SC better but I don't HATE this one I just don't think it holds a cadle to the first.
ReplyDeleteSo I wanted to like the cover because I'm excited about the book but I have to agree with you. She's standing with her back bowed. It's more than looking back. If she were standing straight, then I think I'd like it.

Oh yea. Back too bowed along with her expression is almost like she has a hand on her other hip saying, "So what!". With the beautiful sunset, why not position her a little bit towards the sun with her arm extended out in that direction?
