Best of 2011: Book Boyfriends

1. Adam ~ Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi

Adam is who everyone has been talking about. The more and more you read and get to know him the more and more you find out he is the most sexy and adorable guy known to man kind. He deeply cares for Juliette and I really enjoyed their love story throughout SHATTER ME. And it was so touching to witness the scenes of Juliette first experiecing the love and warmth from someone for the first time.

2. Max ~ The Pledge by Kimberly Derting

It is no secret that I love the male lead, Max. I can't tell you anything about him because it will totally give something huge away. But I can tell you that he cares a great deal about Charlie and he would do anything, absolutely anything to keep her safe. Charlie is Max's precious treasure. And he makes me swoon like all the other swoon worthy Young Adult guys.

3. Justin ~ Clarity by Kim Harrington

Justin is Clarity's ex-boyfriend. Okaiexz. I for one hate cheating ex's you know. But OMG. If Clarity won't take Justin I will. Justin is just so lovable and if you haven't noticed already I'm Team Justin. You can tell that Justin cares a lot for Clarity and would do anything in the world for her. He is one of the only few people that don't shun her because she is different. He likes that she is different. He finds it intriguing. And the whole cheating thing. You find out there is more to the story then Clarity had known. I really hope that they get back together.

4. Four ~ Divergent by Veronica Roth

I know by now all of you must have heard of our beloved, Four. When Four first appears and still soon after I didn't adore him like he should've been but I kept reading and reading and reading and BAM! I LOVE FOUR! ALL MINE! Four surprised me because he isn't a total bad ass like all those other beloved heroes and I really liked that this time. We do learn more about Four's character and a few secrets about him. I loved Tris and Four. They are so cute together and I look forward to see what they conquer in the sequel.

5. Vincent + Jules ~ Die for Me by Amy Plum

Vincent is saying all of these utterly romantic things to ME! I know, I'm a weirdo. My point is that I feel like it has been a long time since I have enjoyed such a couple as Kate and Vincent. Kate, you can have Vincent. Yes, I am waving the red flag. You can have Vincent while I take Jules. I love Jules and maybe he could be a possible lover interest for Kate in the future. I think both Vincent and Jules were kinda flirty a lot in the book, but I adored Jules. He was very flirty. Jules, flirt with me! Over here! I just want more of this man! I WANT THEM BOTH!

6. Jericho Barrons ~ Shadowfever by Karen Marie Moning

Jericho Barrons Oh, god this man makes me swoon! Sometimes you want to hate him for being so cold, but than again that sexy voice and body, I want him! We get to see into Barrons head a little bit and know a little bit what he is thinking and what secrets he has held from Mac. He is the most perfect dangerous bad-boy that you will get and he has taken my heart. I declare that Jericho Barrons has become my favorite guy in an urban fantasy series or of all-time. I have the Barrons Fever and I don't want a cure! Barrons is really my #1!

7. Curran ~ Magic Slays by Kate Daniels

I want to steal Curran for myself. He makes my heart beat like crazy. I can't believe how much I love this man! Okay, maybe I can. Be he is 100% Alpha and he won't let anyone hurt his lover, even touch her because he will get into a jealous rage which is kinda cute and he is always teasing her and calling her his mate. I think it's a hobby of his to tease her on a daily basis. But he can be totally romantic too! SWOON ATTACK!!! I adore Curran and he is one of the best Book Boyfriends a girl could have! Again, I must say I want him all to myself!!!

8. Ethan Sullivan ~ Hard Bitten by Chloe Neill

Ethan has changed also since the first book. He is learning what it means to feel something and finally thinking of himself for the first time in his life. He has always thought of Cadogan House and now he finally considers thinking about what he wants. I will say that Ethan steals my heart. I love that boy to death. Ethan has turned into such an honorable man and I am sooooo glad he is finally able to show his feelings and emotions and know what love is and to be loved. I'm glad he's able to experience those emotions.

9. Ian Mackenzie ~ The Many Sins of Lord Ian Mackenzie by J. Ashley

He is considered a crazy, but to me he was a tortured hero waiting to be saved by our heroine. From the first moment he and Beth meet it is a match made in heaven. The heroine gets to know him and falls in love but the hero thinks him incapable in falling in love and also thinks the heroine couldn't possibly love him. *swoon* He is so adorable. AHHHHHHHH!!!!! Tortured Hero! I love them all! He always thinks she will leave him b/c he is considered crazy/mad. So sad. He doesn't want to be alone, and he wants her to stay with him always.

10. Dragos ~ Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison

The hero of the story is one hot alpha that you will be adding to you favorites ASAP. Dragos is everything I love in a hero of a Paranormal Romance story. He is very jealous, and possessive. And he won't hesitate to tell his woman over and over that, "She is mine." I fell madly in love with Dragos. I just love that demanding attitude he has.
